Why Doctilla exists

Most quality software assumes a team of specialists who already know the standard. Most small and medium businesses have one person who was handed quality on top of their real job, a set of spreadsheets that drift out of date, and an auditor arriving every year.

Doctilla is built for that person. It explains each part of a quality system in plain English, keeps every record connected to the others, and takes the drudgery out of the paperwork. Where AI can help, it drafts and suggests. Where a decision is needed, it hands it to a person and records who made it.

What we believe

• A quality system should describe the business as it really runs, in its own words, not in the language of a standard.
• Software can say “a person should look at this”. It should never say “this is fine”. Judgement belongs to people, and the record should show who exercised it.
• Your records are yours. Export anything at any time, and never be locked out of your own evidence.
• Plain English beats jargon. Clause numbers where they help, explanations everywhere.

Who we are

Doctilla is a product of Curavest Ltd, a UK company registered in England and Wales (company number 15433116). Curavest works with manufacturers and distributors on operations, processes and systems, and Doctilla grew out of that work: years spent in production management, fire-protection specification and auditing, and the day-to-day running of real operations.

We build Doctilla in the UK and support it ourselves. When you email us, you reach the people who wrote the software.
