Internal audits
Doctilla plans your audit programme on a calendar and a heat map, brings audits forward when problems pile up in a process, and gives auditors a clean way to record questions, responses, evidence and findings.
Training video 5: Internal audits · 2:21 · chapters and transcript
What it does
- Schedule, calendar and heat map
- See every audit by month and by process, what's overdue, and which areas have gone unaudited.
- Audit acceleration rules
- Set a rule such as 'two or more open CARs in a process' and Doctilla brings that process's next audit forward.
- Suggested questions
- Doctilla suggests questions from the process and its history. The auditor accepts, edits or rejects each one.
- Findings that lead somewhere
- Classify each finding as a nonconformity, observation, opportunity for improvement or conformity, then raise an action or a corrective action from it in one step.
- Locked when complete
- An owner or admin locks the completed audit. The database refuses changes to a locked record, and any later amendment is recorded as an amendment.
