Pricing questions

Who counts as a paid user?
Anyone whose role lets them change records: owners, admins, users and auditors. Viewers can see everything and change nothing, and they're free. Someone who is a viewer for quality but can approve product changes in Product assurance counts as paid.
What about Product assurance?
Product assurance, for manufacturers whose products carry performance claims, is enabled for your organisation on request. Tell us when you request a demo and we'll show it with your own kind of product.
How does the trial work?
A new organisation gets a 30-day trial with everything included. Set up a Direct Debit before it ends to carry on. If you don't, the organisation becomes read-only: you can still sign in, read and export everything.
How do we pay?
By Direct Debit, set up in a couple of minutes from Settings, through GoCardless. Doctilla works out what's due at the start of each period from the number of paid users at the time, and you can see the figures before anything is collected.
What if we add people part way through a year?
The yearly charge covers your paid users at renewal, and at least 25. If you go above that during the year, the extra users are charged monthly at £18 each until renewal.
Can we cancel?
Yes, at the end of any monthly or yearly period. The organisation then becomes read-only, so your records stay available to read and export.
Is VAT included?
No. Prices are in pounds sterling and VAT is added at the current rate.
