Set quality objectives with an owner and a target date, measure them with KPIs, and record each month's figures. Doctilla pools figures correctly over a period rather than averaging percentages, and shows the trend.

What it does
- Objectives
- What you're aiming for, who owns it, by when, and the KPIs that show progress.
- KPIs done properly
- Record numerator and denominator, and Doctilla pools them over any window. Averaging monthly rates gives the wrong answer; Doctilla doesn't.
- Trends and targets
- Charts with the target line, direction of good, and a table of every measurement.
