Product assurance
Product changes and technical reviews
Raise a product change, such as a new supplier for a component, and Doctilla traces what it reaches: configurations, products, claims and the evidence behind them. A technical review records a qualified person's conclusion, and a concluded review is final.

What it does
- Impact assessment
- Follows the real relationships from the changed item to every claim it could affect, and lists the evidence that supports each one.
- Rules that escalate
- Your impact rules can raise the level of review a change needs. They can never lower it, and 'supported' is not an outcome they can store.
- Technical review
- A named reviewer records their reasoning and conclusion. Once concluded it can't be amended; a new review is raised instead.
- Approval stays human
- Approving or implementing a change is done by a person in Doctilla, never through the API or by AI.
