Introduction
Welcome to Doctilla. In this first video, we'll sign in, find our way around, and ask Doctilla a question. We're using Tresmere, a made-up manufacturer of fire protection products, so everything you see is the real Doctilla, filled with example data.
Choosing your organisation
When you sign in, you'll land on your organisation. If you belong to more than one, you pick it here, and you can switch at any time from the name at the top of the menu.
The dashboard
This is the dashboard: your morning check. The tiles across the top show what's open and what's overdue, each with a twelve-week trend. Click any tile and you go straight to the list behind the number.
Charts
Back on the dashboard, the charts show whether things are getting better: nonconformities and complaints each week, corrective actions opened and closed, and the processes where problems are coming from. Under every chart, show the numbers turns it into a table.
The menu
The menu on the left is grouped the way a quality system is: quality management, improvement, registers, and product assurance. Click a group to open it.
Notifications
The bell holds your reminders: actions coming due, audits running late, corrective actions near their target date. Doctilla sends these every morning, and you choose the timings in settings.
Ask Doctilla
Whenever you need an answer, use Ask Doctilla. Ask in plain English. Doctilla only looks at records you're allowed to see, and it tells you exactly which records its answer came from, so you can check it for yourself.
Next
That's the tour. In the next video, we'll set up your organisation: your company details, your quality system, and the people on your team.
See Doctilla with your own processes
Book a 30-minute demo. We'll walk through the parts that matter to you, using a fully populated demonstration company, and answer anything you want to ask.
