Improve
Nonconformities
Log nonconformities as they happen or import years of history from a spreadsheet. Doctilla shows where they cluster, what they cost, and which ones belong together under one corrective action.

What it does
- Import without fear
- Bring in your existing NCR log from CSV. By default existing records are skipped, never overwritten, and an import can be removed cleanly afterwards.
- Pareto and trend
- See nonconformities by category, process, supplier or cause, and how the count moves month by month.
- Families of related problems
- Doctilla groups open NCRs with similar wording and can suggest a family with a cause to test. It is offered as a hypothesis for D4, never as a finding.
- Cost of each one
- Record the time and materials a problem cost at your own rates, so the case for fixing it is in pounds, not adjectives.
