Introduction

Doctilla can make your reports look like they came from your own document control: your logo, your colours, your fonts and your footer. In this video, we'll set up branding from your brand guidelines, and then export a report.

Logo and guidelines

Branding is a tab in Settings. Upload your logo here, and a small square version for places where space is tight. Then upload your brand guidelines as a PDF. The file stays private to your organisation.

Propose from guidelines

Now choose propose brand from guidelines. Doctilla's AI reads the document and suggests your colours, your fonts and your tone of voice. Nothing changes yet. You see what you have now beside what's proposed, and anything it had to guess is marked as a guess.

Checking and using it

Check each value against your guidelines. If it's right, choose use these, and Doctilla records who confirmed it and when. If it isn't, discard it and set the colours yourself. The footer you type here goes on every page you export.

Exporting a report

Exporting works the same way everywhere. On any record, choose export. You can print it to PDF or download it as a Word document, both in your branding.

The printed report

Here's the corrective action report. Your logo and colours at the top, the whole eight D story inside, and your own footer at the bottom of every page. It's ready to hand to a customer or an auditor.

Exporting a register

Registers export too. From any list, such as nonconformities, export gives you an Excel spreadsheet or a CSV file of exactly what you've filtered, ready for a meeting or for your own analysis.

Next

That's branding and exports. Next, we'll map your processes, which is the backbone of everything else in Doctilla.
