Documents
Doctilla is a document register, not another place to store files. It records where each master lives, its revision, owner and review date, and the approval of every revision, so you can prove control without moving your documents.

What it does
- Register, not a file store
- Keep masters in SharePoint, Google Drive or wherever they live today. Attach a controlled copy if you want one.
- Approval of each revision
- Record who approved it, when and what changed. Each approval is kept in the revision history.
- Review dates
- The next review date defaults from your organisation's review interval, and overdue documents are flagged.
- Issued to suppliers
- Record which suppliers have a specification and whether they've acknowledged it.
