Inspections and concessions
Build inspection checklists once and run them at goods-in, in process or at final inspection. When something doesn't meet specification but might still be usable, a concession records who decided, on what basis, and with what limits.

What it does
- Checklists
- Each check has a reason, so the person doing it knows why it matters.
- Inspection runs
- Record each result as you go, with photos. A failed check raises a nonconformity against the supplier in one tap, and a completed inspection can't be changed.
- Concessions
- Request, record the evidence and limits, and capture the decision. Approval is a person's act, and the record is final once decided.
